The Basics
In Yates’ original videos on his channel, Yates would put on his warm-up routine after warming up in the weight room (he would walk through each exercise he was going to do, with a short video explaining the technique involved so you could learn it at home), radar decca. One area that he has worked on since he began his training routine in 2008, is his total body and cardio training. When I asked Paul if it was something different from what he’d learned before, he replied: “I love going to the gym and having a great time, routine for guys bulking skinny. Squat:
